Legal
Privacy Policy.
Effective August 18, 2026
1. What we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and the profile details you choose to share (display name, photo, bio, and onboarding answers). When you use the member area we keep the content you create — messages, comments, lesson progress, and reactions — so the community works and your history is preserved. When you contact us we keep your name, email, phone number if provided, and message.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we receive only confirmation of the purchase, the plan you chose, and a customer reference so we can unlock your access and provide receipts.
3. Where your data lives
Account, community, and course data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, protected by row-level security so members can only read what they are meant to see. Course videos are private and served through short-lived signed links available only to enrolled members.
4. How we use your information
We use your information to provide the program: signing you in, unlocking your enrollment, showing your profile to fellow members, delivering course content, and responding when you write to us. With your consent given at enrollment, we may also contact you by phone, text message (SMS), or email about your enrollment and related programs. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS at any time, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in. If you arrive through a partner’s referral link, a referral cookie is stored for up to 60 days so the partner can be credited if you enroll. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run the platform — Stripe (payments), Supabase (data and authentication), and our email delivery provider (transactional messages) — and only as needed to operate the program, or where the law requires it.
7. Retention
We keep your account and community history for as long as your account exists, so your progress and conversations remain available to you. Records of the consents you give are kept as an audit log. You may delete your own messages at any time.
8. Your choices
You can edit your profile at any time from the member area, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and request a copy or deletion of your personal data by writing to us through the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time and honor requests as required by law.
9. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the effective date above will change with it and material updates will be communicated to members. Questions are always welcome through the contact page.
