The Dominion Code

Legal

Terms & Conditions.

Effective August 18, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Dominion Code website and your enrollment in its programs, courses, and community. By creating an account, enrolling, or using the member area, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Enrollment and payment

Enrollment is offered as a one-time payment that unlocks lifetime access to the course library and community for the tier you purchase. Prices are shown at checkout and charged in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

“Lifetime access” means the lifetime of The Dominion Code as an offering. If the program is ever discontinued, we will give reasonable notice.

3. Refunds

If something is not right with your enrollment, write to us through the contact page within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right, up to and including a refund. After 14 days, all sales are final except where a refund is required by law.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. Community conduct

The community exists to encourage honest, faith-led growth. Be kind. Harassment, spam, solicitation, impersonation, or posting unlawful or abusive content is not permitted. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these standards, at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

All course videos, lessons, workbooks, and materials are the property of The Dominion Code and are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, record, or publicly share any course content. Content you post in the community remains yours; by posting, you grant us a license to display it within the member area.

7. Not professional advice

The Dominion Code offers coaching and educational content. It is not financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Decisions you make based on the material are your own responsibility.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections 6, 7, and 10 survive termination.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do, and material changes will be communicated to members. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Dominion Code operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
